Welcome to Mother of Christ Church

It is a pleasure to have you with us. As a parish priest, I hope you can find everything you need to know about our Parish English Pastoral Community (EPC). I came to serve this community in October 2009 and since then I come to know the life of this community.

I am very glad to be here and to know you. It takes time to know each other and I hope little by little we will get acquainted. This is my first time that I work with English speaking people. I hope that together we can build a strong Christian community. Let us make an effort to continue to cooperate in making this community a community of love and care for each other. Even when we are very different from each other it does not mean that we cannot assimilate a harmonious community because the best thing in building a community is the diversity of charisma. Let us share with others this charisma and form together the mystical body of Christ.

I love to have the opportunity to read a book once in a while, that would make me feel connected not only with the words contained on it but with a whole new experiences and images that enrich my imagination. The problem with the books is that as soon we done with it we put it on the shelf and sadly we never open it again. The book will get dusty and perhaps lost in our memory.

I believe that we are like a book, each of us, a book that is worthy to read because in itself contains not words but a life itself that has to be shared. A life that would enrich our community, our dioceses and the universal church itself. A life that it is written under the guidance of God's hand but with faced with our mistakes and grace in order to survival. A book with only a sequel on the eternal life. In a few words: A MASTER PIECE.

We need to be brave to open its pages but at the same time we need to read it with patience because we are only "readers" and not "writers". Never stop reading, because as the good novels, every chapter has its own flavor.
